Six-month private equity internship supporting Astorg’s flagship fund. Responsibilities include operating and LBO modeling, quantitative and qualitative analysis, competitive and market research, due diligence participation, portfolio value-creation analysis, and preparation of investment committee notes and management presentations. Interns work closely with Associates, Investment Managers, Directors, advisors, and portfolio-company management across origination, deal execution, and monitoring.

Support Astorg’s sustainability program across portfolio data collection, quality assurance, monitoring, reporting, investor materials, research, and sustainability events. The intern will also design and implement an AI-assisted sustainability tool or workflow using internal data, validate it with users, and document it for continued use. The role requires analytical, organizational, communication, and synthesis skills in an international private equity environment.

Support the Mid-Cap investment team across origination, due diligence, and portfolio work. Perform company research, financial and operational modeling, prepare memos and presentations, and help form investment theses and present views on opportunities.
