Manage ServiceNow implementations and PMO activities for DoD customers onsite in San Diego. Oversee SDLC, integrations, Agile metrics, dashboards, IMS/RIDAC logs, and executive reporting while ensuring DoDM 8140.03 compliance and technical review of submissions.

Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow security controls for DoD environments. Implement RBAC/ACLs, enforce IL4/IL5 segregation, produce SSPs/RMF artifacts, support ATO attainment and sustainment, conduct vulnerability assessments and continuous monitoring, manage POA&Ms, and coordinate security reporting with Government PMs and AOs.

Manage ServiceNow IT projects onsite at Fort Lee, VA. Oversee SDLC, web/database engineering, and modernization; liaise between government and implementation teams; provide technical oversight, integration management, and PMO support; maintain ServiceNow SPM/ITSM dashboards, monitor Agile metrics, manage IMS/RIDAC logs, review technical submissions, and prepare executive briefings while ensuring DoDM 8140.03 compliance.
