Provides onsite Tier 1 hardware and software support for Windows and Mac desktops and laptops. Troubleshoots user accounts, software, and hardware issues; responds to assistance requests; documents and reports service requests; escalates problems through defined processes; and closes trouble calls.

Provide Tier 2 hardware and software support for Windows and Mac desktops and laptops. Configure printers, scanners, and network copiers; install systems using computer images; apply BIOS updates and patches; troubleshoot file-share and permissions issues; and document and track service requests.

Lead migration of an Oracle APEX portal to ServiceNow and expand ITSM capabilities for IT and Facilities workflows. Develop custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine, implement IAM/RBAC and CAC/MFA security controls, protect sensitive data, and support Agile delivery. Collaborate with government stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, manage risks, provide training and knowledge transfer, and maintain handover plans, documentation, and progress reports.
