Leads the full lifecycle of federal government contract capture efforts, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal submission. Develops win strategies, pricing and competitive assessments, customer and partner engagement plans, and proposal themes. Conducts market research, analyzes agency procurement data, manages teaming partners, coordinates technical contributors, and presents recommendations to executives and clients. Builds relationships with civilian agencies, vendors, and subcontractors while positioning the company to win federal technology contracts.

Lead development of compliant, persuasive technical content for federal solicitations (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs). Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical input into proposal narratives, improve readability with scannable formats, and manage multiple deadlines while ensuring alignment with win themes and mission impact.

Provides onsite Tier 2 hardware and software support for Windows and Mac desktops and laptops. Installs and configures computers, printers, scanners, and network copiers; applies BIOS updates and patches; resolves file-share and permissions issues; and documents service requests. Requires strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, along with experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft Office.
