Leads and develops a software engineering team while managing application development projects from planning through deployment and support. Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, work prioritization, technical guidance, stakeholder collaboration, solution design, testing, delivery, and process improvement. Requires extensive software engineering experience, direct people management, multi-project leadership, strong technical judgment, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Leads and grows the flooring business with accountability for sales, profitability, customer development, market strategy, pricing, forecasting, and pipeline development. Develops flooring market opportunities, builds strategic customer relationships, applies needlepunch technology to customer applications, and coordinates commercialization with technical, product, operations, and service teams. This remote role requires regular travel, primarily throughout the Southeast, to customers, prospects, trade shows, and internal meetings.

Supports inside sales through quotation preparation, technical specifications, order entry, delivery and payment follow-up, customer communication, and sales reporting. Leads inside-sales specialists, resolves order and shipment issues, maintains customer records in JDE, and manages office and branch administration. Coordinates with product managers, sales directors, manufacturing, customers, agents, and management. Requires business, supply chain, or accounting education; at least three years of relevant experience; trade finance knowledge; Microsoft proficiency; bilingual English and Chinese skills; and ERP experience.
