Supports financial systems implementation, scenario analysis, cost and headcount tracking, and actionable recommendations for business leaders.

Leads the U.S. oncology field medical strategy and regional Medical Science Liaison teams. Responsibilities include MSL deployment, performance standards, budgeting, resource allocation, scientific strategy, insight generation, brand-plan alignment, stakeholder engagement, operational improvements, and leadership development. Partners with Medical, Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Compliance, and Local Brand Teams while coaching regional MSL leaders and advancing Medical Affairs excellence.

Administer and maintain IAM and PAM environments across Active Directory, Entra ID, ERP, and SaaS applications. Manage CyberArk privileged accounts, identity lifecycle processes, access reviews, authentication issues, MFA, SSO, and identity integrations. Support incidents, service requests, system upgrades, automation, compliance audits, documentation, and collaboration with SOC, Infrastructure, HR, engineering, and architecture teams.
