Serve as a trusted scientific advisor to Key External Experts in oncology, generate field medical insights, deliver scientific education, support tactical field plans, mentor MSLs, and collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Role is field-based with heavy travel.

Lead upstream HCP marketing for IZERVAY to drive awareness, identification, diagnosis, and referral of Geographic Atrophy patients. Develop integrated personal and non-personal omnichannel strategies, customer segmentation, messaging, congress and peer-to-peer education, agency management, and KPIs. Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Ops) to translate customer insights into tactical plans, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and optimize engagement to meet brand growth objectives.

Own design of end-to-end supply chain data models and canonical definitions; translate business requirements into scalable governed data structures; collaborate with data engineering to align ingestion, transformation, and semantic layers; ensure data quality, compliance (GxP), and production readiness; promote reusable data assets and enable adoption for analytics, planning, digital twins, and AI-driven supply chain capabilities.
