Coordinates commercial real estate finance transactions by maintaining financial templates, organizing closing documents, updating trackers and databases, and responding to internal status requests. The role requires strong attention to detail, writing, time management, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. It is fully onsite in Cedarhurst, New York, and requires permanent U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
