Designs architectural drawings, construction documents, and BIM/Revit models; coordinates with structural and MEP disciplines; prepares presentations, reports, and specifications; reviews shop drawings; resolves technical issues; and supports projects from concept through construction.

Leads multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical delivery for defence projects, overseeing solution development, requirements, verification, quality, change control, risk reporting, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, bids, tenders, and customer relationships. The role requires engineering project leadership, systems engineering expertise, infrastructure design experience, and nuclear or defence industry knowledge.

Leads the organization’s talent acquisition strategy, including workforce planning, end-to-end recruitment, leadership hiring, talent pipeline development, employer branding, recruitment analytics, and process improvement. Partners with business leaders, manages critical and niche hiring, oversees recruitment technologies and candidate experience, and leads the talent acquisition team to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
