Lead development and maintenance of integrated Primavera P6 schedules for complex infrastructure programmes, manage planning teams, provide critical path analysis, schedule risk and recovery planning, support change/delay analysis, coordinate works in live operational environments, and deliver executive reporting and programme governance.

Lead local deployment of the global change roadmap for an ERP programme in the UK: run stakeholder mapping and impact assessments, activate sponsorship, build super-user networks, coordinate training and UAT, measure adoption (ADKAR/ICAP), support go-live and manage hypercare to transition to BAU.
