Lead mechanical engineering teams to deliver safe, compliant designs in highly regulated (nuclear) projects. Provide technical leadership, produce and review engineering documentation, manage risks, mentor staff, liaise with clients and safety experts, and ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality.

Lead risk identification, analysis and mitigation across a defence infrastructure programme. Deliver risk management process, facilitate monthly reviews and workshops, maintain risk registers and dashboards, support QCRA/QSRA and quarterly reporting, manage assumptions (MDAL), track mitigation plans, monitor supply chain performance, collaborate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with client processes.

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer develops fluid systems, creates CAD drawings, collaborates with teams, ensures design compliance, and maintains documentation.
