Leads complex cross-system initiatives, owns business analysis standards and specifications, directs AI agents and proofs of concept, and oversees testing through production. The role partners with business leaders and engineers, manages scope and priorities, establishes verification and safety practices, mentors analysts, supports production issues, and measures delivery value and adoption. It requires strong systems analysis, stakeholder management, API and database testing, Agile delivery, AI fluency, and experience with insurance or financial services as a preferred qualification.

Designs, builds, integrates, tests, deploys, and operates enterprise applications and AI or automation solutions. Owns system architecture, technical roadmaps, integrations, production reliability, monitoring, incident response, and CI/CD delivery. Leads small-to-mid initiatives end to end, verifies AI-generated code, establishes quality and security controls, mentors engineers, collaborates with business stakeholders, and participates in on-call support.

Owns the technical health and roadmap of multiple production systems, leads complex projects from planning through deployment, and builds scalable enterprise software. Establishes engineering, testing, security, observability, and AI-agent development standards; reviews and verifies AI-generated code; operates CI/CD pipelines; resolves complex incidents; mentors engineers; and collaborates with business stakeholders. The role requires strong software architecture, full-stack development, databases, testing, cloud, container, and production operations experience.
