Translate deep Workers' Compensation claims expertise into product requirements and decision frameworks. Map claim lifecycles, identify data and workflow gaps, define quality standards, recommend automation opportunities, and align Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to improve outcomes, reduce leakage, and preserve compliance and claimant experience.

The Staff SDET will design and implement automated test frameworks using TypeScript, collaborate with developers, and enhance testing processes within CI/CD pipelines.

Partner with Product and Engineering to turn product data into insights: define AI/agent metrics, design and analyze experiments, build dashboards and reports, perform cohort and behavioral analysis, surface opportunities, and guide product decisions with measurement and instrumentation improvements.
