Source and engage exceptional Product, Design, and Engineering candidates through creative research, talent mapping, personalized outreach, referrals, communities, portfolios, and unconventional signals. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles, build representative pipelines, evaluate talent, track sourcing metrics, maintain candidate data in Ashby, and continuously improve sourcing strategies using modern recruiting tools and AI.

Manage complex customer issues, triage support activity, and coordinate escalations across Client Engagement, Product, Engineering, and project teams. Analyze tickets and feedback to identify trends, risks, process gaps, and product opportunities. Improve support operations through documentation, dashboards, workflows, routing logic, playbooks, and feedback loops. Serve as a customer advocate while supporting strategic initiatives and strengthening handoffs, prioritization, and operational decision-making.

Owns the triage and escalation of complex customer issues, connecting support activity with Product, Engineering, Client Engagement, and strategic projects. Identifies recurring trends, operational gaps, product opportunities, and customer friction. Builds scalable support processes, documentation, dashboards, workflows, and feedback loops while improving handoffs and enabling informed prioritization across teams.
