Teams at Assort Health

Leads and scales the Forward Deployed Engineering organization from a small team to 10+ engineers. Owns technical delivery for strategic healthcare customers, including AI agent deployments, custom EHR integrations, and workflow implementations. Establishes repeatable deployment practices, tooling, and processes; partners with product and engineering teams to convert field insights into platform improvements; and remains hands-on with technical discovery, production debugging, and solution design.

Build and scale full-stack healthcare products with a backend emphasis, including user interfaces, APIs, data models, background jobs, and third-party integrations. Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, customers, founders, and healthcare professionals to solve complex patient workflows. Own systems from MVP through maturity, make practical technical tradeoffs, ship reliable software quickly, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and security standards.

Lead Assort Health’s infrastructure and platform engineering team. Own GCP infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, CI/CD, developer tooling, data infrastructure, reliability, and cross-cutting systems. Hire and coach engineers, set technical direction, lead architecture reviews, support incident response, and partner with product teams to improve developer velocity, reliability, performance, cost, and operational excellence.
