Build and own end-to-end recruiting operations: configure Ashby and integrations, build AI/automation tooling, create analytics and dashboards, lead enablement and documentation, manage vendor relationships, and hire and scale a recruiting coordination team while partnering with the SVP of People.

Serve as the senior technical advisor on MidMarket and Enterprise engagements, leading demos and technical discovery, partnering with Sales to close deals, guiding integrations with healthcare systems, mentoring junior SEs, and providing product feedback to inform platform evolution.

Lead and scale revenue systems and GTM tooling, owning Salesforce, integrations, AI-powered automations, data integrity, forecasting, reporting, commissions, and cross-functional systems strategy to support revenue growth.
