Research Engineer responsible for developing, training, evaluating, and deploying healthcare AI models and pipelines for conversational voice agents. The role focuses on instruction following, tool calling, retrieval, memory, speech and audio research, model optimization, benchmarking, failure analysis, and production integration. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, including AI/ML engineering or research, production LLM deployment, Python proficiency, and a record of converting research prototypes into reliable measurable improvements.

Lead and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies for strategic enterprise health system accounts; align AEs, SDRs, RevOps, Field and Content; run tactical channels (LinkedIn, direct mail, gifting, executive programs); convert events into account plays; use AI for research, personalization and lightweight automations; and define/report engagement, pipeline and revenue metrics.

Leads and scales the Forward Deployed Engineering organization from a small team to 10+ engineers. Owns technical delivery for strategic healthcare customers, including AI agent deployments, custom EHR integrations, and workflow implementations. Establishes repeatable deployment practices, tooling, and processes; partners with product and engineering teams to convert field insights into platform improvements; and remains hands-on with technical discovery, production debugging, and solution design.
