Manage a portfolio of Shopify and Shopify Plus merchants, maintaining client relationships and overseeing retained-service roadmaps from prioritization through delivery. Coordinate internal account managers, developers, designers, and specialists to ensure timely, high-quality execution, effective use of retained hours, and clear communication. Independently monitor priorities, performance, and risks while escalating commercial, delivery, or relationship issues appropriately.

Looking for developers with e-Commerce platform experience, strong JavaScript skills, and knowledge of HTML/CSS, working on high-profile projects.

Own BAO’s consultative eCommerce new business process, from opportunity qualification and discovery through technical-commercial solution development, proposals, pitches, RFPs, forecasting, and closing. Advise clients on Shopify, replatforming, UX/UI, integrations, data, architecture, and eCommerce operations. Maintain sales intelligence, build targeted relationships, represent BAO at industry events, and collaborate with internal design, development, strategy, solutions, and account teams.
