Processes teacher and administrator certification applications, reviews transcripts, continuing education credits, and renewal requirements, and issues certificates according to organizational policies. Responds to certification inquiries through email, phone, and ticketing systems; reviews course approval requests; maintains confidential records; and manages assignments efficiently in a remote work environment.
