Leads the enterprise data strategy, roadmap, portfolio, and investment planning. Directs complex cross-functional data programs, establishes governance and success metrics, advises executives, and aligns business priorities with technology, analytics, cloud, and AI capabilities. The role also drives organizational change, stakeholder adoption, strategic communications, and continuous evolution of the organization’s data operating model.

Leads federal government relations and advocacy initiatives involving medical research, public health, higher education, Veterans Affairs, and appropriations. Develops legislative analysis and strategy, advises senior leadership, manages major coalitions, engages Congress and federal agencies, coordinates cross-functional policy efforts, oversees advocacy communications, and mentors staff. The role also leads policy projects, working groups, congressional briefings, and coalition newsletters.

Leads business development, customer engagement, account management, and sales growth for the Career Exploration Services portfolio. Oversees client engagement staff, territory strategies, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM processes, conference outreach, and strategic customer relationships. Drives product adoption, retention, revenue generation, market expansion, and sponsorship opportunities while collaborating with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
