Provide policy analysis and evidence-based recommendations to shape water sector reform. Draft written submissions, consultation responses and thought-leadership content. Monitor external developments, build the evidence base, manage case studies and consultancy input, and strengthen analytical capability (including targeted AI use). Support regulatory engagement and price review preparation across the business.
