Lead TPA delivery, track agreements, budgets and commitments, coordinate stakeholders, support DCO Legal Lead, ensure document control and implement TPA Management Plan across technical, design, EIA and consenting teams.

Lead process safety risk management across water treatment and distribution assets. Provide technical guidance on hazard identification, barrier-based risk analysis, incident investigations, assurance, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with operational and asset teams to embed safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve resilience of essential services.

Manage and control project costs across a £444m IOS Alliance programme using NEC3 (Option E/A). Provide forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, risk/opportunity identification, procurement and cost assurance while collaborating with project teams and alliance partners to ensure contractual compliance and value delivery.
