Leads enterprise business intelligence strategy, Microsoft Fabric architecture, Power BI reporting, data governance, and analytics delivery. Manages BI developers, analysts, and data engineering resources while overseeing data warehouses, lakehouses, semantic models, pipelines, dashboards, and scorecards. Partners with business leaders to define KPIs and reporting requirements, enables AI-powered analytics and Microsoft Copilot solutions, and drives data quality, team development, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision-making.

Owns and administers the sales CRM, ensuring data quality, user adoption, workflow optimization, integrations, governance, and accurate reporting. Responsibilities include managing users and permissions, maintaining territories and customer hierarchies, auditing data, creating dashboards, training sales personnel, routing leads, documenting processes, coordinating CRM integrations with VSimple and Eloqua, and identifying process improvements. The role partners with Sales Leadership, IT, and Marketing and requires occasional travel to branch locations.

Supports daily administration, maintenance, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and documentation for Windows servers, cloud services, endpoints, identity systems, virtualization, backups, and networks. Administers Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, Hyper-V, and Veeam with senior-team guidance. Resolves escalated infrastructure tickets, assists with projects and upgrades, follows security and change-management practices, and participates in after-hours maintenance or on-call support.
