Supports daily administration, maintenance, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and documentation for Windows servers, cloud services, endpoints, identity systems, virtualization, backups, and networks. Administers Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, Hyper-V, and Veeam with senior-team guidance. Resolves escalated infrastructure tickets, assists with projects and upgrades, follows security and change-management practices, and participates in after-hours maintenance or on-call support.

Implement and support mobile automation systems (AGVs, VLMs, ASRS) onsite and remotely, collaborate with partners and suppliers, provide post-implementation support, train users, document best practices, lead application/implementation resources, and drive customer-focused solutions.
