Provides front-line membership services for a campus recreation facility, including welcoming visitors, explaining memberships, processing registrations and payments, troubleshooting access issues, conducting tours and presentations, supporting marketing challenges, resolving member concerns, and performing desk opening, closing, cleaning, and emergency support duties.

Provides accounting and financial support, including journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, billing, month-end closing, financial reporting, variance analysis, internal controls, budgeting, and audit support. Reviews transactions for accuracy, researches discrepancies, maintains records, and responds to routine financial inquiries. Requires accounting or finance coursework, at least one year of related experience, Excel proficiency, and current enrollment as a CSULB student.
