Lead and develop an international six-person Inside Sales team, monitor performance and KPIs, handle escalated commercial issues, support complex quotations and pricing, and drive sales, margins, customer satisfaction, and upselling. Fluency in English and German is required, with occasional late shifts and a category B driving license needed.
