Lead a property management branch in Orlando: manage Community Association Managers, oversee operations and finances, drive growth and client satisfaction, ensure compliance, and report to senior leadership.

Lead business development and referral growth by identifying prospects and referral sources, developing sales strategies, achieving revenue goals, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with managers to deliver projects and improve retention.

Serve as primary liaison to HOA boards and homeowners; travel to communities for meetings, inspections, and events; prepare annual disclosure and financial packages; review monthly financials and provide recommendations for capital expenditures; oversee vendors and deliver customer service and conflict resolution. Other duties as assigned.
