Partners with Account Executives as the clinical and workflow subject matter expert throughout enterprise sales cycles. Leads product demonstrations, workflow assessments, executive presentations, and clinical discussions for hospital stakeholders. Maps OR and procedural workflows, answers nursing and perioperative questions, translates customer needs into product value, and shares feedback with product and implementation teams. Develops reusable demo scripts, clinical talk tracks, and objection-handling materials. Travel to customer sites is required approximately 25–50% of the time.

Lead technical support operations for U.S. and Canadian healthcare customers, managing analysts, incident escalations, ticket workflows, SLAs, KPIs, coverage, and major incident communications. Maintain support documentation, train and develop staff, report trends to leadership, and improve efficiency through tools and AI. The role supports SaaS iPad and web applications, EHR integrations, and enterprise healthcare customers while participating in Pacific-time and after-hours coverage.

As an Account Executive, you'll manage the full sales cycle, lead presentations, collaborate on strategies, and exceed revenue targets in healthcare sales.
