Lead creative direction across multiple brands, turning strategic direction into briefs, campaigns, and sales assets. Produce and own copy and collateral, create repeatable content systems, convert results into case studies, partner with revenue and marketing, set creative standards, give feedback, and report on performance to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Manage and optimize schedules for 600+ EMTs, track certifications and PTO, administer attendance and compliance, coordinate staffing for events and onboarding, and liaise between Operations and HR using Excel and scheduling systems to ensure coverage and operational efficiency.
