Act as the CEOs strategic partner to optimize executive workflows, manage inbox/calendar, coordinate multi-entity projects, lead strategic initiatives (acquisitions, estate planning), handle complex travel and events, enforce communication protocols, maintain confidentiality, and drive cross-functional execution.

Manage end-to-end content production: edit long-form and short-form video, repurpose assets, design thumbnails, schedule and publish across platforms, build film-and-forget workflows, track performance, and optimize content systems in collaboration with the founder.

Support the marketing team by creating and scheduling social content, assisting email workflows, researching trends, producing collateral in Canva, editing short-form video, managing community engagement and posting schedules, coordinating campaigns and launches, tracking metrics, and preparing basic reports to maintain brand consistency across digital channels.
