Perform daily accounting tasks (journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, month-end), support financial reporting, and implement or use AI-driven tools to improve workflows, accuracy, and efficiency while ensuring compliance with controls and GAAP.

Develop and implement marketing and communications strategy for two product lines; manage marketing personnel and budget; oversee internal and external corporate communications, branding, PR, marketing materials, social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and stakeholder coordination.

Designs and delivers training and coaching, conducts quality assurance monitoring and calibration, analyzes performance trends, maintains training/QA documentation and LMS content, and partners with Operations to drive continuous improvement and ensure service standards and KPIs are met.
