Own end-to-end growth marketing for a B2B software company. Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, paid and organic channels, email lifecycle programs, CRM automation, lead scoring, attribution, and reporting. Run rapid experiments, analyze results, shift budgets, and improve sales handoffs. Work directly with customers and sales to develop effective messaging and generate pipeline.

Own the top of the sales funnel by qualifying inbound and outbound leads, conducting personalized cold outreach, nurturing prospects, following up with webinar attendees, and setting qualified meetings for Account Executives. Maintain pipeline activity, prepare detailed handoff briefs, attend trade shows and industry events, and share prospect insights with Marketing. The role requires quota-driven B2B prospecting, strong writing and communication, self-direction, and familiarity with modern sales tools.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation to scope, configure, test, and deliver Assignar Pay for construction contractors. Lead discovery with finance and executive stakeholders, conduct payroll and ERP integration workshops, manage implementation kickoffs, guide project delivery, travel to customer sites, deliver training, build ROI cases, identify expansion opportunities, and create technical handover documentation. Use AI tools to accelerate workflows while validating all outputs.
