Lead AssetWorks GPS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, managing plans, budgets, risks, customer communication, software configuration, hardware deployment, training, troubleshooting, and stakeholder updates. Gather requirements, coordinate installations, support pilots and rollouts, resolve issues, and create product enhancement requests for Product Management and Engineering. Maintain implementation documentation and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, adoption, and customer satisfaction goals.

Own customer success for assigned AssetWorks accounts by driving product adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and growth. Manage success plans, customer health data, business reviews, issue resolution, NPS surveys, and customer communications. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Development, Customer Care, and Professional Services to address risks, resolve complex issues, identify expansion opportunities, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Provide advanced technical support for Azure-hosted applications and customer environments. Troubleshoot database refreshes, upgrades, application errors, batch processing issues, and performance degradation across test and production systems. Collaborate with hosting and infrastructure teams, analyze recurring incidents, recommend long-term solutions, document resolutions, and contribute to knowledge-base content. The role requires customer-facing communication, independent remote work, and coordination across UK and US teams.
