Leads post-sales revenue operations across implementation, subscriptions, renewals, upsells, work orders, billing readiness, and customer lifecycle changes. Owns Salesforce requirements, workflow controls, automation, UAT, documentation governance, cross-functional project delivery, and team development. Partners with Customer Success, Finance, Product, Salesforce Development, Deal Desk, and field operations to improve data integrity, scalability, operational visibility, and execution.

Build and improve AssetWatch’s cloud-native industrial IoT SaaS platform across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. Develop React and AWS features, create scalable and observable solutions, support production systems, improve reliability and performance, contribute to CI/CD and automated testing, and participate in design and architecture decisions. The role also involves secure software development, accessibility compliance, infrastructure automation, peer reviews, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.

Generate and qualify manufacturing leads through outbound calls, emails, text messages, and LinkedIn. Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, schedule qualified demonstrations, maintain prospect data, and partner with Solution Architects to build enterprise pipeline and close deals. Meet activity and demonstration quotas while maintaining accurate CRM records and following defined sales processes.
