Own strategy and execution of full-funnel, multi-channel B2B campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue. Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot, align with sales/RevOps (Salesforce), monitor KPIs, optimize performance, ensure data compliance, and produce reliable reporting and attribution.

Serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to leaders, driving people strategies, manager coaching, performance and talent decisions, compensation guidance, workforce planning, and scalable people programs. Use people data and AI-powered HR tools to identify trends, support employee relations, and improve HR workflows across the employee lifecycle in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
