Lead and own corporate tax and compliance for U.S. and international operations. Manage federal, state, local, and indirect tax filings; coordinate external advisors; support Mexico expansion and future UK/EU entry; implement policies, controls, and process improvements; optimize Taxware and NetSuite integrations; and act as primary internal tax partner to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Build and evolve AssetWatch's industrial IoT SaaS platform across frontend, backend, and APIs using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS serverless. Own features from design to production, improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency, support incidents and CI/CD, write technical design artifacts, mentor engineers, and responsibly leverage AI-assisted development tools with human review and testing.

Lead development of cross-platform Flutter apps for field technicians, owning architecture, prototyping, and shipping features. Collaborate on REST/GraphQL APIs, use AI-assisted development tools, debug with observability tools, mentor engineers, and support customers end-to-end.
