The role is in-office in Markham, Canada, supports real estate enterprise platforms, and requires collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Designs and executes manual and automated tests for enterprise applications, including functional, regression, integration, UAT, API, and database testing. Develops test scripts, maintains QA documentation, tracks defects in Azure DevOps or Jira, validates data integrity, prepares execution reports, and supports quality improvements across the SDLC. The role may also contribute to performance, security, load, data migration, ETL, and middleware integration testing.
