The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies, analyze performance data, and train teams to improve leasing efforts for assigned properties.

Lead strategy, delivery, and improvement of enterprise systems supporting property management operations. Build and coach a high-performing systems team, oversee Tier 3 support, manage implementations/migrations/integrations, set KPIs, partner with business leaders, drive change management, mitigate risks, and standardize documentation and processes.

Support FP&A by producing monthly/quarterly financial packages and dashboards, analyzing variances vs budget, maintaining NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, developing KPIs and BI solutions, building financial models, and partnering with business leaders to support planning, forecasting, and business-case analysis.
