Oversee affordable housing compliance across a regional portfolio, supporting compliance staff, monitoring systems, reviewing regulatory agreements, tracking rent and income limits, coordinating training, and managing HUD, state, and local agency updates and audits. The role also supports new construction lease-ups, acquisitions, rehabilitation projects, third-party services, special projects, and Fair Housing compliance while mentoring team members.

Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for multifamily property portfolios and Regional Managers. Responsibilities include team development, financial planning, client and ownership relations, portfolio performance, compliance, risk management, marketing and revenue strategy, business development, and property transitions. The role analyzes operational and financial trends, improves occupancy and profitability, supports executive leadership, and travels 25–50% annually for property visits, conferences, training, and business activities.

Leads the enterprise corporate marketing function, including brand strategy, market positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, communications, public relations, events, content, employer brand, analytics, and reputation management. Builds a modern, technology-enabled marketing organization, develops measurable performance systems, partners with sales and executives, strengthens client engagement, and improves brand awareness and commercial outcomes.
