Oversee operations for a portfolio of housing communities, managing personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration, compliance, and resident relations. Develop budgets and marketing strategies, monitor vendor and site performance, ensure safety and fair housing compliance, and travel to properties for inspections and support.

Oversee operations for a multi-property housing portfolio: manage staff hiring/training, budgets, leasing and resident relations, maintenance oversight, vendor/contracts, compliance with fair housing and safety, and implement marketing and retention strategies. Travel required for site visits and training.
