Role requires offsite leadership and regular travel for property visits and training.

Oversee operations of a multi-site housing portfolio including staff hiring/training, leasing and resident retention, budgeting and financial oversight, maintenance supervision, compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA, vendor management, and travel for property visits (25-50%).
