Oversee operations across a housing community portfolio, including personnel, leasing, financial management, administration, maintenance, compliance, risk management, and resident satisfaction. The role supervises and develops on-site staff, manages budgets and vendor contracts, monitors property performance, supports leasing and retention strategies, ensures accurate reporting, and coordinates maintenance, construction, emergencies, and property inspections. Travel to properties, conferences, and training is estimated at 25%–50% annually.

The Regional Manager supervises site teams, improves revenue and operating income, ensures accurate reporting, manages property conditions and emergencies, and supports leasing and retention strategies. Travel to properties, conferences, and training sessions is expected for 25–50% of the work year.

Oversee interior and exterior renovation activities at assigned properties. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, managing purchasing and schedules, compiling submittals, monitoring daily jobsite progress, ensuring quality and contract compliance, and resolving construction issues. The role requires strong organization, communication, independent judgment, flexibility, and willingness to travel and adjust work hours to meet project deadlines.
