Maintains regular client and auditor communication while coordinating with the Controller, CFO, and operational teams. Requires accounting or finance education, property-management accounting experience, team leadership, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Leads regional residential property operations by managing Regional Managers, improving portfolio performance, overseeing budgets and capital projects, strengthening client relationships, developing talent, and ensuring consistent service standards. Represents the company with ownership groups, residents, industry associations, and executive leadership. Supports business growth, operational improvements, customer satisfaction, and regional problem-solving. Requires travel estimated at 25%–50% annually.
