Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise SaaS customers across the UK and international markets. Develop account plans, drive retention and net revenue retention, lead executive and quarterly business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, negotiate renewals, and build senior stakeholder relationships. Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and leadership to maximize customer outcomes, advocacy, and commercial growth while maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM discipline.

Generate and qualify UK and US talent acquisition prospects through cold calling, email, social selling, inbound leads, events, and other channels. Analyze recruiting and talent development needs, tailor outreach, schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, manage the pipeline, support opportunities through closing, and improve prospecting methods. The role is fully remote in the UK but requires schedule flexibility for US clients and travel to industry events.

Own the full sales cycle for winning new UK mid-market B2B SaaS customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, discovery, consultative selling, product demonstrations, business case creation, stakeholder management, negotiation, closing, forecasting, CRM management, and territory planning. The role partners with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams while consistently achieving new business targets.
