Own org design, hiring, delivery KPIs, cross-team alignment, and operational processes. Drive Go best practices, reliability, and infrastructure migrations (Kubernetes, ClickHouse), and partner with product and exec leadership to translate roadmap priorities into execution.

Serve as primary customer contact to onboard, train, and manage enterprise publisher accounts. Drive adoption, monitor performance, surface insights, run QBRs, identify growth and renewal opportunities, and advocate customer needs to Product.

Own end-to-end product logic for a yield optimization platform: define technical requirements, scope system specs, partner with ML and engineering to build auction and analytics features, troubleshoot full-stack ad integrations, engage clients, and drive market-informed product innovation to improve publisher monetization.
