Responsibilities include provisioning, backups, upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning, migrations, incident leadership, root-cause analysis, on-call participation, and roadmap ownership. The role requires operating high-throughput ClickHouse or comparable OLAP systems, Ceph or S3-compatible storage, self-managed Kubernetes on bare metal, Linux performance debugging, and production networking expertise.

Build and maintain TypeScript-based analytics and advertising tools across React front ends, Node.js services, ETL pipelines, and data layers. Optimize ClickHouse and MongoDB workloads, maintain testing and CI quality, stabilize background processing and real-time delivery, and own architecture and features end to end. Mentor engineers and solve ambiguous technical problems through production delivery.

Own the technical relationship for enterprise publisher accounts, leading onboarding, integrations, platform adoption, optimization, troubleshooting, escalations, and technical account reviews. Advise customers on programmatic advertising and Google Ad Manager, analyze performance with SQL, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams, and maintain implementation documentation.
