Build and maintain a governed self-service AI platform that lets technical and non-technical users deploy production services through reusable patterns. Develop Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, AWS ECS/Fargate deployments, SSO, connectors, OAuth integrations, logging, metering, and cost tracking. Review and harden builder-created services for security and reliability while partnering with cloud operations on networking, IAM, DNS, registries, and load balancers.

Build and deploy governed agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases. Responsibilities include designing agent loops, tool and sub-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, evaluation harnesses, observability, cost controls, and production deployments on AWS. The role partners directly with non-technical stakeholders, converts business problems into production solutions, and contributes reusable architecture patterns to a shared platform.
