Improve manufacturing performance using time studies, statistical analysis, and lean methods. Develop SOPs and process layouts, support senior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, prepare reports, lead problem-solving, and train staff on continuous improvement.

Serve as first point of contact for business customers: enter and expedite orders, resolve inquiries on pricing/products/shipping, log quality issues, coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Billing, Engineering), maintain customer profiles, and handle international shipping documentation.

Design, develop, set up, and maintain tools, fixtures, and gauges; perform CNC machine setup and offsets; create and revise 2D/3D drawings in AutoCAD or SolidWorks; troubleshoot shop-floor tooling and fixturing issues; support new product introductions, process improvements, documentation, and safety/compliance.
