Supports Base Operations Support teams at Vance and Sheppard Air Force Bases through employee relations, labor relations, compliance, recruiting, workforce development, performance management, investigations, and HR policy implementation. Partners with leaders, managers, legal, and unions; interprets collective bargaining agreements; ensures compliance with labor laws, Service Contract Act requirements, and DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations; and promotes employee engagement and a high-performance culture.

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain the Axonius Cybersecurity Asset Management platform. Develop queries, dashboards, and automated enforcement actions; manage adapters and data integrations; monitor performance; troubleshoot asset discovery and correlation issues; and integrate Axonius with security tools, CMDBs, vulnerability scanners, and cloud platforms. The role also provides technical support, documentation, training, mentorship, and cybersecurity subject-matter expertise.

Supports operations, maintenance, and sustainment of mission-critical facilities and infrastructure for the GMD program. Analyzes equipment performance, assists with preventive and predictive maintenance, conducts inspections and failure investigations, validates repairs, develops technical documentation, coordinates testing and upgrades, and recommends system and process improvements while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and security requirements.
