Partners with Product, Support, and Operations to prioritize work, remove blockers, maintain engineering quality, and improve pod-level performance metrics.

Resolve customer queries across chat, email, and phone, owning cases from first contact through full resolution. Collaborate with Product, Tech, Operations, and Compliance to address concerns, identify recurring issues, and help implement upstream process, product, and technology improvements. The role requires clear communication, strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and availability for in-office 24x7 rotational shifts, including nights, six days per week.

Lead and unify product, brand, and marketing design under a single vision. Hire and scale multidisciplinary teams, evolve the design system, set quality standards and operating rhythms, and partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing. Split time between leadership (60%) and hands-on product design (40%), ensuring consistent brand integrity across markets and channels.
