Lead end-to-end product design for Aspora's fintech platform: conduct user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, evolve the design system, mentor designers, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and deliver consistent accessible experiences across mobile and web.

Provide multi-channel user support (chat, email, calls), resolve queries, collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate issues, gather user feedback, identify common problems, and contribute to product and process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Lead FP&A and business finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, unit economics analysis, and cross-functional partnership to guide capital allocation, product launches, and market expansion decisions.
