Lead and develop a B2B sales team across the North West, coaching Business Development Managers and Executives to generate opportunities, win new customers, and achieve revenue targets. Manage pipeline development, sales governance, forecasting, KPIs, and strategic opportunities while collaborating with marketing, technical, delivery, and senior leadership teams. Support customer meetings, drive sales culture and performance improvement, and execute regional growth strategy. Travel across the North West and wider UK is required.

Provides 24/7 remote service desk support for end-user, infrastructure, network, and security issues. Monitors customer networks, troubleshoots incidents, performs root cause analysis, communicates by phone and email, coordinates complex incident responses, documents handovers, and escalates issues to on-call engineers. The role operates on rotating 12-hour day and night shifts and requires strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail.

Support month-end management accounts, journals, reconciliations, AP processing, payroll preparation and validation, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Improve processes, ensure data accuracy, and work with senior finance stakeholders to deliver timely financial insights.
