Oversee and continuously improve the company’s ERP and CRM platforms, including administration, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, change control, data management, reporting, integrations, and user adoption. Manage the ERP managed service provider, vendors, incidents, releases, and system performance. Ensure validated systems comply with GxP and data integrity requirements while supporting Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations stakeholders.

Coordinate suppliers, purchase orders, forecasts, production updates, deliveries, ERP records, and supply-risk resolution. Maintain stock and order trackers, monitor supplier performance and OTIF delivery, raise and follow up on purchase orders, support supplier reviews and business reporting, and monitor freight arrangements to maintain continuity of supply and control costs.
