Delivers field-based training, onboarding, coaching, and competency support across human services, educational, clinical, administrative, and community programs. Assesses training needs, develops instructional materials, teaches systems and compliance requirements, maintains training records, and partners with leaders, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and other departments on performance improvement. Requires adult-learning facilitation, content development, independent judgment, technology proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and regular multistate travel.

Oversee daily operations of an adult group home for individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervise and mentor direct-care staff, manage schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate clinical and medical services, support ISP and clinical assessments, administer medication when required, provide training, monitor budgets, assist residents with daily living and behavioral needs, and participate in on-call and corrective-action responsibilities.

Assess students’ reading abilities, develop individualized interventions aligned with IEP goals, and provide evidence-based instruction in phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. Collaborate with special education and related-service teams, monitor progress, participate in IEP meetings, and adjust instruction based on data. Provide literacy professional development and staff support while maintaining an inclusive classroom environment for students with special needs.
