Lead Aspires training function to design and deliver learning aligned with quality, compliance, and operational priorities. Oversee a Training team, develop curricula, onboarding, field-based and technology training, track compliance, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve workforce capability.

Develop and execute external communications and PR strategy to elevate organizational reputation. Manage media relations, draft press materials, prepare spokespeople, and create thought leadership content. Support executive and internal communications, change messaging, and cross-functional initiatives. Translate complex clinical and operational work into accessible narratives for families, funders, schools, and policymakers.

Assess students' reading skills, design and deliver individualized, evidence-based reading interventions aligned with IEPs, monitor progress, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, lead staff literacy training, and participate in IEP meetings to support students with special needs.
