Assess students’ reading abilities, develop individualized interventions aligned with IEP goals, provide evidence-based literacy instruction, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings. Collaborate with education and therapy professionals, support students with special needs, maintain an inclusive classroom environment, and provide staff development on literacy instruction. The role is Monday through Friday across Trumbull and Naugatuck, Connecticut.

Delivers and facilitates role-specific training across human services, educational, clinical, administrative, and community programs. Assesses training needs, develops learning materials, coaches employees and managers, supports onboarding and manager development, trains users on business systems, tracks compliance, and partners with Quality Assurance, People & Culture, Operations, and Clinical Services to improve performance and quality.
