Provides individualized and small-group instruction to young adults with disabilities, developing employment, independent living, and community participation skills. Models person-centered instructional practices, mentors Job Coaches and DSPs, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support independence, self-determination, and progress toward individual goals.

Develop and execute external communications and media relations to translate clinical and operational work into human-centered narratives. Create messaging frameworks, press materials, op-eds, and executive talking points; build journalist relationships across a multi-state footprint; support thought leadership, change communications, and cross-functional initiatives to elevate Aspire's reputation in human services and behavioral health.

Assess students' reading skills, design and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with IEPs, provide direct multisensory reading instruction (phonics, fluency, comprehension), monitor progress, participate in IEP meetings, coach staff on literacy best practices, and maintain an inclusive, structured learning environment.
