Supports a large-scale data platform modernization initiative by migrating approximately 1,000 datasets to Snowflake, upgrading Airflow, migrating Confluent across regions, and transitioning Hive pipelines to Apache Iceberg. Develops and maintains Python, SQL, Spark, and Airflow pipelines; improves data quality, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency; troubleshoots workflows; and collaborates with distributed engineering teams to meet March 2027 delivery goals.

Designs secure, scalable, and integrated banking technology solutions. Translates business requirements into end-to-end architectures, leads integrations across core banking, digital channels, APIs, payment platforms, and third-party systems, and ensures compliance with enterprise, security, performance, and regulatory standards. Collaborates with stakeholders, development and infrastructure teams, and vendors; supports governance, technical reviews, modernization, and implementation guidance for digital banking, payments, lending, and customer onboarding initiatives.

Leads end-to-end QA for digital banking releases, including test strategy, planning, functional, regression, integration, and automation activities. Manages Test Engineers, test environments, data, defect lifecycles, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Validates banking integrations, payments, cards, authentication, digital wallets, loyalty, account management, notifications, and mobile/web features. Drives quality improvements and enforces QA standards in an Agile environment.
