Lead the design of leather goods and accessories, overseeing seasonal collections, collaborating with teams, managing prototypes, and ensuring high-quality product development.

Lead end-to-end packaging lifecycle: source and manage suppliers, negotiate costs and SLAs, ensure correct pack combinations, plan JIT inventory, coordinate changeovers, maintain packaging specs and digital accuracy, and communicate timelines across Buying, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Stores, and 3PL.

Lead planning and delivery of the annual marketing calendar, campaign strategies, events, retail activations and influencer/VIP activity. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, manage budgets, track performance, and produce regular marketing reports and insights to support brand growth.
