Acts as the first HR contact for approximately 250 employees, managing employee relations, absence, family leave, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, recruitment support, payroll inputs, HR records, reporting, compliance, and policies. The role also provides manager coaching, supports payroll processing when needed, and assists with engagement activities and events in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business.

Own and grow Aspinal of London’s US corporate sales business through proactive prospecting, relationship development, pipeline management, account growth, luxury gifting solutions, bespoke projects, and strategic partnerships. The role targets senior decision-makers across premium industries, delivers profitable revenue, protects brand positioning and margin, and collaborates with UK teams to fulfill corporate orders and expand the company’s US market presence.

Lead the design of leather goods and accessories, overseeing seasonal collections, collaborating with teams, managing prototypes, and ensuring high-quality product development.
