Teams at Asphalt Green

Leads frontline customer experience operations at an assigned campus, supervising associates, managing schedules and staffing, ensuring service standards, resolving escalations, coordinating with campus departments, and supporting training and continuous improvement. The role maintains operational readiness, monitors feedback and performance, documents issues, and ensures customers receive welcoming, efficient, and consistent service.

Leads the planning, design, construction, rehearsal, and execution of Asphalt Green’s seasonal Haunted Maze. Develops concepts, layouts, timelines, and supply lists; coordinates staff and resources; decorates and builds the maze; trains actors; supports technology testing and rehearsals; communicates project needs; and ensures the attraction is completed safely, cohesively, and on schedule.

Coordinates executive workstreams and special projects, initially focused on capital, real estate, construction, and campus planning. Maintains project records, timelines, decisions, risks, and follow-up; prepares executive and Board briefings; conducts research and analysis; and supports cross-functional collaboration with leaders, consultants, vendors, and project partners. The role helps the COO organize complex initiatives, surface issues, and turn strategic priorities into clear, actionable progress.
