Implement, configure, test, and support advanced distribution management systems for electric utilities. Responsibilities include ADMS project planning, power-flow and grid application configuration, GIS network model integration, troubleshooting, software testing, customer training, and live-system technical support. The role collaborates with utility customers and internal development teams and requires approximately 25% travel.

Provides technical support for utility customers using SCADA and real-time electric power system control applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuration, patch deployment, performance optimization, network diagnostics, system validation, customer issue escalation, documentation, training, and onsite or remote support across Europe. Works with senior engineers throughout the solution lifecycle and supports platforms running on Linux and Windows.

Directs SMB sales growth across EURA, overseeing forecasting, pipeline development, renewals, new-logo acquisition, quota attainment, and complex deal execution. Manages, recruits, trains, and coaches geographically dispersed Inside Sales Account Managers while enforcing CRM, forecasting, pricing, proposal, and compliance processes. Builds executive customer relationships, coordinates with marketing, finance, order operations, presales, technical support, and partners, and drives consultative selling using AspenTech methodologies.
