Owns customer relationships, adoption, value realization, renewals, and account growth for assigned enterprise accounts. Builds executive partnerships, delivers business reviews and strategic guidance, coordinates cross-functional teams, mitigates customer risks, and identifies expansion opportunities. Requires process-industry expertise, particularly upstream or refining, familiarity with AspenTech or similar solutions, strong business acumen, project leadership, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Supports sales of AspenTech manufacturing software by advising customers, identifying operational challenges, designing MES solutions, demonstrating products, leading workshops and value assessments, developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and building business cases. Requires process-industry expertise, strong customer-facing consulting and presentation skills, MES experience, knowledge of industrial data and integration technologies, coding ability, fluent English, and frequent travel across Europe.

Owns digital customer-success operations across online communities, including platform administration, content planning, customer outreach, campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, VOC and NPS support, advocacy programs, and engagement measurement. The role maintains community processes, calendars, governance, documentation, and performance metrics while partnering with account, product, marketing, IT, and customer-success teams.
