Manage and expand hospital and surgery center accounts for Aspen Surgical’s surgical and infection-control product portfolio. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, developing quotes, processing orders, supporting product trials and implementations, training clinical teams, providing technical and clinical support, managing stakeholders, negotiating contracts, maintaining Salesforce opportunities, supporting account strategy, and representing the company at trade shows. The role requires extensive travel and hospital credentialing.

Leads Aspen Surgical’s highest-priority cross-functional programs across product development, commercial operations, portfolio transitions, launch readiness, and customer initiatives. Partners with commercial leadership and the C-suite to establish plans, governance, milestones, reporting, and accountability. Drives alignment across QA/RA, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales, identifies risks, accelerates decisions, and leads organizational change in a regulated, matrixed medical-device environment.

Responsible for growing existing hospital and surgery center accounts, acquiring new business, expanding product adoption, negotiating corporate contracts, and closing sales. The role manages opportunities in Salesforce, coordinates with account and strategic sales teams, conducts business reviews, supports trade shows and in-service training, and builds relationships with clinical, administrative, sourcing, and GPO/IDN stakeholders. Requires medical device sales experience, operating room knowledge, customer presentations, hospital credentialing, and 75% travel.
