Lead daily ticket office operations and supervise sales agents to deliver exceptional guest service and meet sales goals. Manage staffing, schedules, training, and supplies; coach on upselling and POS systems; analyze performance metrics; resolve guest issues; support cross-location operations and sales initiatives to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Wash, sanitize, and store flatware, glassware, pots, pans and kitchen equipment; assist with basic food prep and storage of deliveries; maintain clean, safe kitchen areas; disassemble and clean dishwasher; follow chef and Executive Steward directions; perform pre/post shift cleaning and report issues.

Lead and manage all day-to-day ski patrol operations at Aspen Highlands, overseeing avalanche mitigation, emergency response, lift evacuations, recruiting, training, payroll, budgeting, and interagency coordination. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and resort policies while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and guest service.
