Provides expert ski and snowboard boot fitting, including custom footbeds, shell and liner modifications, and stance alignment. Assists customers with product selection, recommendations, merchandise knowledge, purchases, returns, and warranties while delivering exceptional service. Maintains sales-floor organization, back stock, customer records, and loss-prevention practices. Requires three years of boot fitting and retail sales experience, snow sports product expertise, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Provides administrative and operational HR support across recruitment, onboarding, HRIS data management, employee records, leave coordination, benefits administration, payroll support, workers’ compensation, compliance, employee inquiries, reporting, and HR projects. The role also supports training, interviews, employee communications, office organization, and manager and employee education on HR systems.

Manages comprehensive HR functions including onboarding, orientation, benefits, compensation, training, employee relations, performance management, leave administration, records, compliance, and separations. Advises managers on workforce matters, administers HR programs, supports legal and government reporting requirements, and promotes a positive employee experience. The role works in person at Aspen Highlands and requires confidentiality, sound judgment, and strong knowledge of employment regulations.
