Supervises the 3- and 4-year-old ski program, leading Pros and support staff, coordinating schedules and daily operations, evaluating guest experiences, mentoring instructors, managing performance, and maintaining safety standards. The role requires active on-hill engagement, collaboration across departments, operational analysis, and a strong focus on young children, guest service, and team development.

Supervises revenue accounting and auditing across multiple operating departments. Responsibilities include reconciling credit card, gift card, cash, and sales transactions; investigating variances, chargebacks, fraud, and cash overages or shortages; managing cash banks and deposits; maintaining merchant and gift card records; supporting refunds, house charges, and external audit requests; and ensuring accurate reporting to the general ledger.

Develops corporate group business and drives hotel revenue through proactive and reactive sales of guestrooms, events, and catering. Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting through contracting, coordinates site tours, maintains client and community relationships, and partners with hotel departments to fulfill group requirements. Tracks sales activity in Delphi, supports event documentation, monitors onsite client needs, and conducts post-event follow-up to encourage repeat business.
