Lead all restaurant, bar, and banquet operations to maximize food & beverage revenue. Manage budgets, inventory, POS, staffing, training, scheduling, menu and beverage program development, service and sanitation standards, guest experience, and cross‑department collaboration.

Oversee hotel accounting operations and internal controls, manage financial reporting, cash flow, fixed assets, accounts payable/receivable, and capital projects; maintain ProfitSword and ensure GAAP compliance while collaborating with operations and parent company accounting.
