Prepare and serve meals that meet residents' dietary needs, maintain clean and sanitary dining and kitchen areas, deliver meals respectfully, support meal delivery, and follow food safety and infection control standards while collaborating with dietary and nursing staff.

Lead nursing operations supporting the Director of Nursing to ensure quality long-term care. Oversee staff, coordinate resident care, manage admissions and clinical quality metrics, assume DON duties when absent, provide on-call emergency coverage, and participate in strategic planning and team leadership.
