Lead and manage IT systems, teams, and concurrent projects. Analyze business systems and user needs, document requirements, define scope, and ensure timely delivery of development and hardware deliverables. Oversee internal systems (MMIS, IVR, ESA, data warehouses), support implementations, and promote proper use of corporate IT resources.

Administer and support trip management and ancillary systems; resolve user issues; manage accounts and telecom; create and maintain SQL-based reports and visualizations; analyze transportation utilization data to support decisions; provide training and 24x7 support with occasional travel.

Provide clinical and operational leadership overseeing care and transportation services, performing utilization reviews, quality assurance audits, risk management, staff training, and stakeholder liaison. Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, investigate complaints, implement corrective actions, support accreditation, supervise QA and coordination staff, and drive process improvements.
