Provides specialized endodontic care, including examining, diagnosing, and treating diseases of dental pulps and periapical tissues. Evaluates treatment options, restores tooth function, maintains clinical and ethical standards, collaborates with dental teams, uses advanced equipment, pursues continuing education, and represents the practice through professional and community affiliations. Administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and operational tasks.

Guides dental patients through treatment recommendations, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options. Builds trust, addresses concerns, coordinates treatment and appointments, verifies insurance, supports collections, tracks consultations and treatment acceptance, and uses performance metrics to improve practice outcomes. Partners with clinicians and office leadership to deliver a seamless patient experience while supporting daily non-clinical office operations and compliance with policies and dental board standards.

Oversee operations for 6–10 dental practices, drive growth and process improvement, manage profit and loss, support staffing and onboarding, train practice teams, and provide operational support across assigned offices. The role requires daily travel between locations, financial statement interpretation, strong communication, and multi-location management experience.
