Oversee operations for 6–10 dental practices, including growth initiatives, process improvement, profit and loss management, staff training, hiring coordination, and daily operational support. Travel daily between assigned offices and partner with practice teams to improve performance, ensure adherence to procedures, and support effective staffing and onboarding.

Facilitate new hire orientation and leadership development in-person, virtual, and studio formats. Create welcoming, brand-aligned experiences, engage learners, troubleshoot technology, gather feedback, drive continuous improvement, and support learning design and stakeholder collaboration.

Leads overall brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, events, and influencer channels. Oversees brand positioning, messaging, content, market research, customer insights, campaign performance, promotional strategies, budget management, and agency partnerships. Manages and mentors brand marketing staff while collaborating with creative, product, sales, and customer experience teams to increase awareness, engagement, conversion, and market share.
