Develops, optimizes, qualifies, and validates analytical methods for bioprinted tissue therapeutics. Performs cell-based assays, flow cytometry, ELISA, routine testing, stability studies, data analysis, and technical documentation under GxP requirements. Troubleshoots analytical methods, maintains instruments, supports quality systems, and collaborates with process development, quality control, research, development, and manufacturing teams.

Supports procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations across company locations. Responsibilities include purchase order creation, requisition processing, vendor and ERP data management, shipment scheduling and tracking, customs documentation, inventory transactions, invoice matching, recordkeeping, and cross-functional operational support. The role also provides reception and delivery support at the Vancouver office.

Support and strengthen GMP quality assurance programs for bioprinted cell therapies. Responsibilities include QMS implementation, document control, training, change management, vendor qualification, investigations, CAPA, batch record review, raw material approval, equipment qualification, risk assessments, and collaboration with R&D, CMC, and QC teams.
