Lead LogiCole system administration for Air Force DMLSS: manage a system administration team, oversee project management, technical support, QA, staffing, scheduling, reporting, and risk. Provide hands-on administration, monitor servers and fiscal processes, support electronic catalogs and strategic sourcing, and protect confidential information.

Provide hands-on system administration and functional support for Air Force DMLSS and LogiCole environments. Monitor system and server status, support end-of-day/month/fiscal-year processes, handle confidential information, multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment. Remote/hybrid work; SECRET clearance eligibility required.

Develop and manage SPIDR system, application, and data requirements. Lead requirements gathering, project initiation, tracking, and IT standards. Provide tailored training and performance development to improve Sailor readiness and career progression. Coordinate technical and business discussions and document program activities.
