Design, engineer, administer, and support mobile solutions and Workspace One UEM environments. Provide application and device support (including Office 365), configuration management, patching, documentation, and ticketed technical support. Work onsite during core DC business hours, participate in maintenance windows and 24x7 on-call rotations.

Provide Six Sigma Black Belt-level performance improvement and training support for the Navy SPIDR program. Gather and document system, application, and data requirements; manage project initiation and tracking; deliver tailored training and development resources to improve Sailor skills, readiness, and career progression. Must communicate across technical and business stakeholders.

Support Navy performance improvement by applying Lean/Six Sigma and change-management methods, capture SPIDR system and data requirements, lead project initiation and tracking, deliver training, and communicate between technical and business stakeholders to improve Sailor readiness and career development.
