Owns financial performance, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management for warehouse operations across multiple sites. Partners with senior stakeholders to analyze costs, productivity, risks, and opportunities; supports scenario modelling, business cases, procurement outcomes, controls, transformation, and operational decision-making. The role also contributes to team development and requires frequent international travel across UK, Germany, and Poland sites.

Build and lead scalable data engineering solutions supporting machine learning, analytics, pricing, forecasting, customer value, marketing, and personalization initiatives. The role involves developing Python, Spark, Databricks, and cloud-based data pipelines; designing data architectures and models; improving data quality and observability; operationalizing machine learning models; optimizing performance and costs; and mentoring engineers while partnering with technical and business stakeholders.

Manages ASOS’s business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, operational resilience, and Group Insurance programs. Responsibilities include developing BCDR frameworks, coordinating impact assessments and testing, managing insurance renewals and claims, overseeing broker and insurer relationships, advising stakeholders on risk and controls, leading a Senior Risk Analyst, and supporting incident response, governance, training, and resilience improvements across the business.
