Teams at ASMO

Supports planning, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and security of IT infrastructure, including cloud, servers, networks, and storage. Performs capacity planning, performance analysis, testing, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, infrastructure integration, and security incident response. Collaborates with technology and business stakeholders to develop scalable infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Owns external customer-facing IT business partnering across the customer lifecycle. Translates business needs into technology initiatives and solution roadmaps, manages strategic demand portfolios, coordinates architecture and delivery stakeholders, and oversees onboarding, governance, service engagement, risks, escalations, costs, and KPI reporting. The role supports customer engagement and sales activities while driving alignment among ASMO, DHL, customers, affiliates, and technology partners.

Supervise inbound warehouse and yard operations at the SPARK site, coordinating labor, equipment, docks, unloading, receiving, inspections, staging, and put-away readiness. Ensure accurate WMS transactions, discrepancy and damage control, safety, quality, productivity, and timely escalation. Lead shift start-up, floor control, handovers, KPI monitoring, problem solving, SOP development, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement while coordinating with inventory, transport, customer service, and outbound teams.
