Leads technical problem-solving and process improvement for semiconductor lithography manufacturing. Responsibilities include investigating production issues, supporting new product introductions, improving manufacturability and production performance, developing manufacturing procedures, analyzing bottlenecks, coordinating cross-functional engineering efforts, and coaching engineers and production staff.

Provides advanced technical support for Cymer DUV laser systems, diagnosing escalated field issues and developing solutions to improve reliability. Supports new product introductions through procedure development, diagnostics, tooling, training, and on-site assistance. Collaborates with engineering and field teams on technical bulletins, service alerts, troubleshooting procedures, continuous improvement, and field-tool releases. Analyzes system performance data and works in customer clean-room and laboratory environments, including rotational weekend on-call coverage and approximately 20% travel.
