Teams at ASML

Leads three team leaders and approximately 20 employees in high-tech assembly manufacturing. Responsibilities include production planning, resource and workforce allocation, KPI management, quality and safety oversight, shopfloor coordination, team development, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates across engineering, logistics, planning, and quality to support ramp-up, industrialization, and new product introduction projects.

Provide on-site customer support for semiconductor lithography processes, including process development, optimization, parameter setting, troubleshooting, NPI validation, and process tuning. Develop customized lithography solutions, analyze exposure uniformity, alignment, CD, and overlay issues, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with R&D, product, and FAE teams. The role also involves industry trend tracking, technical knowledge sharing, bilingual communication, and flexible travel across China.

Plans daily material movements, fab space requirements, equipment and pre-installation schedules, and priority material delivery or returns. Coordinates with riggers and internal stakeholders, evaluates fab layouts, tracks pending items, and improves operations through data analysis. The role requires communication in Mandarin and English, Excel proficiency, and travel of up to 40% across Taiwan sites.
