Leads board-level analog and mixed-signal circuit design for high-performance signal chains, including high-speed ADC/DAC systems, precision high-voltage circuits, amplification, filtering, feedback, and calibration. Develops behavioral and SPICE models, performs laboratory validation and debugging, resolves signal integrity and EMI/EMC issues, and supports product integration through volume production. Collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams, performs root cause analysis, documents designs and tests, and mentors junior engineers.

Designs, integrates, tests, and sustains electrical modules and tools, including analog and digital circuits, PCBs, power distribution, safety circuits, cables, and control systems. Leads requirements management, technical specifications, supplier interfaces, troubleshooting, validation, verification, and system integration. Develops test tooling and documentation while coordinating cross-functional execution, mentoring peers, managing risks, and ensuring performance, cost, compliance, and schedule objectives are met.

Develops and transfers complex manufacturing processes across global sites, ensuring manufacturability, production readiness, quality, safety, yield, and throughput. Responsibilities include creating transfer packages, validating tooling and equipment, leading build validation and ramp-up, defining assembly and test procedures, analyzing process data, supporting design-for-manufacturing decisions, and coordinating with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams. The role also mentors team members and drives lean improvement, risk mitigation, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
