Lead sponsorship sales for Save Mart Center by developing and executing sales plans, cultivating new and existing sponsor relationships, negotiating multi-year deals, managing revenue pipelines and reporting, and representing the organization at events. Drive annual recurring revenue, pricing strategy, and client satisfaction while occasionally working nights, weekends, and travel as required.

Perform event setup and teardown (flooring, chairs, staging), operate material-handling and cleaning equipment, conduct janitorial and deep-cleaning tasks, maintain and transport equipment, assist clients, follow safety programs, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Manage high-volume venue box office operations: build events in Ticketmaster, supervise and schedule ticket sellers, handle cash and reconciliations, process group and comp orders, coordinate event details with promoters and facility staff, respond to customer inquiries, and prepare daily/settlement reports.
